Description

Office Manager (m/f/d) with a focus on Payroll for my client in the staffing industry, I am looking for an internal hire for a permanent position in Collinston, LA.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • You will be responsible for processing monthly payroll and all related activities (e.g. entering time sheets)
  • You will create and maintain employee files, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all documents
  • You will monitor deadlines and take appropriate actions
  • You will handle correspondence and communication with health insurance companies, social security agencies, and other authorities
  • You will be the main point of contact for all payrollrelated topics (e.g. occupational pension, social security and income tax law)
  • You will be responsible for compliant archiving and proper management of employee files (efiles)

Your qualifications:

  • Completed commercial training as a personnel specialist (m/f/d) or a commercial training with at least three years of relevant experience in comprehensive payroll processing
  • Experience in independently processing payroll for different employee groups
  • Indepth knowledge of labor law, income tax law, and social security law
  • Proficient in the reporting process of the German Social Security Administration (DEÜV)
  • Good knowledge of payroll software, knowledge of Zvoove (formerly L1) is desirable, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Serviceoriented mindset, sense of responsibility, and team spirit
