    Job Summary

    The QA Sales Supervisor is responsible for a team of quality representatives that assess the call quality performance of our Sales Agents who deal with existing and potential customers. The QA Sales Supervisor will be responsible for the productivity and accuracy of their team's quality data and ensuring all quality targets are met. The QA Sales Supervisor will also assist in creating and developing quality-driven initiatives as well as making recommendations for improving sales training and sales close rates. The successful QA Sales Supervisor is highly organized, able to multitask, and is capable of creating and presenting high level presentations on Quality insights.

    Responsibilities

  • Coach quality reps on process to maximize productivity.
  • Calibrate and train quality reps to ensure accuracy.
  • Generate and distribute quality reporting.
  • Prepare and host weekly calibration calls.
  • Identify and communicate trends in agent performance.
  • Analyze and Summarize ad hoc audits.
  • Assess agent performance behaviors and make recommendations to QA leadership.
  • Identify historical trends thru data analysis.
  • Design evaluation programs for call audits.
  • Qualifications

  • Call Center or related experience 3-5 years
  • Knowledge of call analytics and data mining a plus
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with heavy emphasis on reporting and creating executive presentations
  • Have a strong analytical approach to work assignments
  • Ability to work within aggressive timelines
  • Ability to effectively motivate a team and develop personal growth within team

Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in Texas is $54, $89,735.00 / year.
