  • Written and telephone correspondence with customers

  • Initial handling of inquiries and compiling preliminary information for departments
  • Written and telephone responses to followup questions
  • Maintenance of master data
  • General office organization

Your profile:


  • You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship and ideally have some professional experience
  • You are proficient in using MS Office
  • Knowledge of SAP is desirable
  • Your organizational skills and structured way of working complete your profile
