Your tasks:


  • You are responsible for the timely and accurate execution of payroll using SAP HR
  • You implement tax, social security, labor law, and company guidelines
  • You act as a contact person for payroll issues for employees and authorities
  • Contract management in the system for new hires, contract changes, etc. is also part of your responsibilities
  • You actively participate in projects and contribute to the design and optimization of new processes

Your profile:


  • You have successfully completed a degree in business administration or a commercial apprenticeship
  • You have at least two years of professional experience in the field of payroll
  • You have excellent knowledge in the areas of social security and income tax
  • You have a proficient handling of common MS Office programs and ideally have SAP HR knowledge
  • You work in a structured manner, have a high affinity for numbers, and keep a cool head even in stressful times
  • If you also bring joy to working in a team and a strong work ethic, then you are in the right place with us
  • Fluent German skills complete your profile
