For our trading client in Hamburg, we are looking for you as a telephone customer service representative (m/f/d).

Your tasks:

Responding to written and telephone customer inquiries and orders in
German and English:
Clarifying product questions
Processing correspondence through all communication channels
Maintaining master data
General back office tasks

Your profile:

Fluent language skills in English and German
Experience in telephone customer service
Confident and friendly telephone manner, with a passion for helping customers with their inquiries
Flexible working hours are a given for you
A confident, friendly, and professional demeanor completes your profile
