Because we care, your training will include:

  • Varied assignments in senior residences, home care, pediatric care, psychiatric care, and hospitals
  • Learning medical treatment skills such as wound care, administering injections, and managing medications
  • Providing compassionate support to residents in their daily lives, including personal care, mobilization, grooming, dressing, and meal assistance
  • Measuring vital signs and monitoring and documenting health status
  • Working closely with doctors, therapists, and your nursing team
  • Implementing apprentice projects such as planning events, designing common areas, or managing your own living area

You will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, a completed two-year vocational training program, or a completed nursing assistant or assistant training program
