Your tasks include:


  • First point of contact for guests
  • Reception and care of guests at the reception and bar
  • Processing of reservations, checkins, and checkouts
  • Administrative tasks
  • Answering emails and calls
  • Responsibility for all safetyrelated areas and facilities
  • Patrols

What you bring with you:


  • First experience in the hotel or gastronomy industry
  • Passionate host and enjoyment of interacting with people
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in German and English
