Description
We are part of a renowned corporate group at Frankfurt Airport and have been handling cargo for various airlines for 21 years.
We are currently seeking a
Office Clerk (m/f/d) for a large and well-known logistics provider at Frankfurt Airport, the largest cargo airport in Germany.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Receiving air waybills and entering data
- Consolidating cargo and documents in the computer system
- Checking and assigning storage data for air freight shipments
- Examining and resolving irregularities during physical air cargo handling
- Compiling flightready documents
- Acting as a key point of contact for airlines, both in person and over the phone
- Inventory control of loading equipment and general administrative tasks
Ideally, you will have:
- Willingness to work in shifts (morning, afternoon, and night shifts on rotation)
- Motivation and ability to work in a team
- High level of customer service orientation and professional appearance
- Good German language skills, both written and spoken
- Ideally, you already have a valid reliability check and aviation security training
- If you do not have the necessary qualifications, it is possible to receive training through a voucher (further information will be provided in a personal interview)
