We are currently seeking a Social Worker, Psychologist, or Educator (m/f/d) to join our mother/father-child facility "Villa Anker" in Hinkleville, WV starting on January 1st, 2023.

This position will require 30-35 hours per week.

We are looking for a team member who is interested in supporting young mothers and fathers in difficult life situations and crises with competence and expertise.

Knowledge in systemic, solution-oriented, and depth psychological approaches is desired. Conflict resolution skills and self-reflection competence are also important qualities. Empathy and a sense of humor are valued. The position will require shift work, including weekends and holidays (no overnight shifts). We offer the opportunity to work in a competent and motivated team, with intensive professional support and supervision. The salary will be in accordance with the collective agreement and includes a company pension plan, among other benefits.
