Deputy Nursing Team Leader (m/f/d) for our Central Emergency Department at AGAPLESION EV.

KLINIKUM SCHAUMBURG gGmbH, starting as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting the team leader in personnel management, planning, and development
Ensuring high quality of nursing care, structures, and processes
Developing and implementing new organizational concepts in collaboration with the medical leadership for continuous process optimization
Assisting with the integration of employees in the department
Planning and implementing measures for quality development, such as preparing and accompanying certifications
Applying the Manchester Triage System
