Responsibilities:


  • Direct reporting to the department management and support in strategic and conceptual tasks
  • Management of two teams, new construction and modernization (a total of 17 employees and 2 team leaders), in particular further development and motivation
  • Overall responsibility for the handling of all new construction, conversion and expansion projects, as well as modernizations of existing properties
  • Communication with public authorities and clients
  • Interface to other areas of the company such as property management, rental and portfolio management
  • Development and optimization of processes

Requirements:


  • Degree in civil engineering or architecture
  • Several years of professional experience
