Aquaculture Fish Farmer (m/f/d)

The Aller Aqua Research (AAR) GmbH is the central research and development station of the Aller Aqua Group - one of the leading manufacturers of aquaculture feed.

AAR focuses on researching new raw materials and health-promoting additives to develop functional feed and innovative feeding programs for various species and production systems.

Several separate recirculating systems are used to address questions related to aquaculture-relevant species and their specific rearing environments, from breeding to market maturity.

Research and development work at AAR also involves international collaborations with research institutes, universities, and farms.

This position offers a diverse range of tasks - combining technical, biological, and business aspects - in a small, dynamic team that values continuous development and proactive collaboration.
