Operations Manager (m/f/d) for event and security services in the field.

Your responsibilities

  • Ensuring smooth operations
  • Managing large events
  • Coordinating, supervising, and monitoring the security staff under your supervision
  • Acting as a point of contact for clients and employees
  • Implementing our quality standards

Your qualifications

  • Certified according to §34a of the Trade Regulation Act
  • Clean criminal record
  • Excellent written and verbal German skills
  • Willingness to work shifts and weekends
  • Flexibility with working hours
  • Teamwork, reliability, dedication, and resilience
  • Confident and professional demeanor
