We offer in our theoretical training: * Comprehensive teaching of scientific knowledge in medical subjects and biochemistry, as well as broad content and aspects in the field of dietetics * Teaching of organizational, nutrition-psychological, sociological and pedagogical knowledge * Competency-oriented practical instruction in dietetics, cooking and kitchen techniques, organization of kitchen operations, hygiene, and diet and nutrition counseling * Block system instruction (direct transfer of theoretical knowledge into practice) * Practical instruction and guidance in the hospital kitchen according to the vocational pedagogical model of complete action.


Your profile:

  • You are at least 17.5 years old at the start of the training
  • You have a good secondary school diploma or equivalent education, or a very good primary school diploma with completed vocational training
  • Good knowledge of German, biology and chemistry
  • Empathy and enjoyment in dealing with people, as well as a passion for teamwork
  • You have manual dexterity and physical resilience
  • You are enthusiastic, work carefully and are responsible.
