We are currently seeking individuals to join our team in Lexington for a fourteen-day intensive introductory phase, a fourteen-day winter seminar with various speakers and specialized topics, a one-week practical training site with all necessary tasks, monthly intensive plant knowledge sessions covering eight different plant species and a final knowledge test, biannual evaluations of training progress, and an annual training trip with a special highlight (such as a flight to Hamburg).

Interest and skill in craftsmanship
Successful completion of high school or equivalent (e.g. GED, vocational school diploma, general or specialized high school diploma)
