Currently, over 19,000 customers use our complete range of services for their vehicles. Our car dealership employs over 90 employees. Our automotive repair shop consists of general repairs, a body shop, and a spare parts warehouse. In the spacious exhibition halls, there are also around 250 vehicles available for viewing and sale.

Volkswagen Body Shop Service Advisor (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

As the main point of contact between our customers and the dealership, you will ensure a high level of customer orientation and service quality in your daily interactions.

What you bring to the table:

Completed commercial or technical training with experience in the body shop field
Extensive knowledge of sales and service processes
Strong communication skills and customer orientation
Positive and open demeanor
Commitment and willingness to learn
