At Converse, TX, we love good beer and have made it our mission to ensure that great beer is brewed and, above all, enjoyed in Berlin.

We are currently in the most exciting phase of our young company history:
since spring 2021, our modern new downtown brewery has been in operation. Here, we brew unique, handcrafted beers and combine beer tradition with creative, modern brewing art. Our motto is "Tradition.

Newly brewed." We want to give all Berliners a beer that tastes like home - fair and handcrafted in Berlin Neukölln.

We strive to be a role model for forward-thinking entrepreneurship that combines modernity and tradition. Now, our goal is to supply Berlin and the surrounding area even better with our excellent beers - and that's where you come in


We are currently looking for support in our sales team (field sales) (m/f/d - full-time) to take care of our existing customers and actively acquire new ones.


Your tasks:

  • Managing and maintaining existing customers
  • Acquiring new customers
  • Identifying and utilizing untapped potential
  • Market observation
  • Recording all relevant data
  • Monitoring success

What we are looking for:

  • Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
  • Relevant work experience and network in Berlin is an advantage
  • Motivational skills, team spirit, passion
  • Affinity and contacts in the Berlin gastronomy and club scene
  • Independent, structured, goaloriented, and responsible work ethic
