Your responsibilities * You will lead a diverse kitchen team, consisting of professionals, employees with disabilities, and apprentices, together with the head chef.

During the head chef's absence, you will have operational responsibility for the kitchen and actively participate in production and service phases.

* You will be responsible for ordering, purchasing, inventory, and other administrative tasks. * Co-responsible for creating, recipe development, and cost calculation of the kitchen menu. * You will share responsibility for personnel management, training, and coaching of the kitchen team.

In the absence of the head chef, you will lead the team with respect, coordinate processes, and promote continuous development of both the team and work processes.

* As a vocational trainer, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment for apprentices.
