WHAT WILL YOU LEARN IN YOUR TRAINING?

You are, in a nutshell, the pivot point for our machines and equipment. Without you, our machines won't start running.

To do this, you will have to complete the following tasks:


  • Operation of computer-controlled systems
  • Setup, operation, and conversion of our production machines
  • Monitoring and optimization of individual production processes
  • Quality control and assurance
WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING?
A successfully completed school education and a basic understanding of the training profession are desirable.

However, what is more important is that you fit in with our team, so that we can be better together in what we do.

The rest you will learn in your individually tailored training program, based on your talents and strengths.

Are you motivated, meticulous, skilled in craftsmanship, and interested in technology? Great, then you already meet the first requirements for us.

Your vocational school is located in Hildesheim and takes place twice a week, and once a week in the second year of training.

This way, you can combine theory and practice in the best possible way. You don't have to worry about travel expenses, book costs, and much more. We take care of that for you.
