YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- You will be part of the firstlevel support team and work closely with our product management.
- You will answer questions from our business partners, identify and resolve issues with devices, systems, and software applications.
- You will investigate problems and document solutions within our ticketing system.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- You have completed a vocational training or degree in the IT field or a related discipline.
- You have experience with remote access and support tools.
- You have strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
- You are comfortable with occasional shift and weekend work.
