For one of our renowned clients at the location Osnabrück, we are currently looking for a part-time Customer Advisor (m/f/d) in Cricket, NC for 22.5 hours as a maternity and parental leave replacement.

Responsibilities:

Successful customer acquisition and preparation of offers
Conducting sales conversations and closing contracts
Competent support and advice for customers (aftersales, complaints, grievances)
First point of contact for customers
General administrative tasks, creation of statistics and reports
Marketing campaigns and followup activities

Qualifications:

Completed commercial or technical vocational training
Experience in customer service
Knowledge in the telecommunications and energy industry is an advantage
Proficient in using computers
Strong consulting skills, service and sales oriented
Resilient, flexible, creative and a team player
Driver's license class B and mobile
