What to expect

As an Associate, you can expect diverse, interdisciplinary projects in the areas of Corporate Finance and M&A (Sell-Side and Buy-Side).

You will be responsible for conducting market and competition analyses, supporting the creation of integrated financial or corporate plans (Financial Modelling), as well as analyzing and valuing companies (Valuation).

You will also be involved in preparing project-related analyses (financing structuring) as well as presentations and reports (including information memoranda, teasers, buyer lists, process letters).

In your projects, you will act as an important point of contact for both clients and potential investors, as well as your colleagues.

Through active coaching, you can develop and expand your expertise in project management.

What you bring

Completed degree (Bachelor/Master) in a business, mathematical/scientific, technical, or information technology field
Ideally, some professional experience through relevant internships
Interest in finance-oriented processes and systems
Strong analytical thinking, a high affinity for numbers, and good teamwork and communication skills
High motivation, initiative, and attention to detail
Excellent German and English skills, as well as proficiency in MS Office
