The Team


We in the Order Acceptance & Shipping department are a small team with a big responsibility - as we are the first point of contact for our customers.

We accompany the entire order process from start to finish:
from taking the order, coordinating with production, to invoicing and national and international shipping.


Your Tasks | What to Expect


Do you enjoy direct contact with our customers and can be the interface between external and internal? Then we are looking for you as an employee in Order Acceptance & Shipping.

In particular, order acceptance will be the focus of your work.

  • You are the first point of contact for our customers and communicate with them in writing and by phone (in German and English)
  • With the help of your acquired product knowledge, you also respond to customerspecific inquiries and clarify them together with production
  • You communicate with internal interfaces such as production, accounting, and customer service
  • After comprehensive training, you are ready to take on substitute tasks for your supervisor
