- Current and active license with State of Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners as Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Social Worker, or by the AZ Board of Psychologist Examiners as a Psychologist.
- Meet and maintain requirements to provide clinical supervision as detailed by Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners, AZ Department of Health Services, and requirements of Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS) and contracted plans.

- Strong foundational knowledge of child development.
- Minimum of five (5) years mental health experience
- Experience in the behavioral observation of and the development of young children and their families regarding disruptive behavioral problems, developmental concerns, and parent/child relationship difficulties.
- Knowledge of the special needs of young children with disabilities and their families.
- Experience with economically disadvantaged and/or culturally diverse populations.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) oral and written fluency is not required but would be plus.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows applications.
- Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card preferred - OR - must qualify for a valid Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.

As a Clinical Supervisor at the Center of Excellence, you'll work under the direction of the Clinical Director to provide counseling and intervention services to children and families.
