Your tasks


In this role, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating a service and maintenance team to support smooth production operations.

Responsibilities

  • Planning and monitoring maintenance and repair work
  • Leading and developing the service and maintenance team, including training on new technologies and work methods
  • Ensuring compliance with quality standards and safety regulations
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of maintenance strategies and processes
  • Analyzing malfunctions and developing solutions for problem solving
  • Creating and maintaining maintenance documentation and reports
  • Working closely with other departments

Your qualifications

  • Technician / Master (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of relevant professional experience in industrial maintenance with personnel responsibility
  • Excellent communication skills in German, English desirable
  • Solution and design orientation
  • Willingness for personal development
