Production Manager (m/f/d) To strengthen our production team in Osterode am Harz, we are currently looking for a full-time Production Manager (m/f/d) Starting from the company's founding, ARTEMIS Rubber and Plastic Technology GmbH has been developing, producing, and distributing components and systems made of rubber, plastic, and metal.

They are a competent partner in the fields of agricultural technology, molded parts production, feed belts for grinding machines, and supplier of stators and rotors for eccentric screw pumps.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES In collaboration with our Technical Manager, you will be responsible for our production plant, including planning, organizing, and controlling all operational processes.

The management, motivation, and development of 25 employees in the production team are a major part of your responsibilities. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with quality standards, delivery times, and cost targets. Continuous optimization of planning processes to increase efficiency, productivity, and quality is also part of your responsibilities. As the plant manager, you are also responsible for implementing measures for safety, health, and environmental protection. You will report directly to the management based in our headquarters in Hannover.
