Your tasks will include:
Supporting the digitization of student records

• Recording of files and/or data for transfer to digitization in overviews (e.g. in Excel spreadsheets or in the database)
• Formal preparation of files for scanning according to specifications, e.g. removing staples and paper clips, sorting documents, printing and inserting dividers
• Scanning of files and filing of documents in the electronic student record according to specifications

You bring with you:
You have strong communication and teamwork skills and approach the above tasks with flexibility. Your profile is rounded off by fluent German language skills in both written and spoken form.

Employment is also possible on a part-time basis.
