Theory phase content:
  • Foundations of engineering, specific knowledge in maintenance, and business competencies
  • You will learn strategies and methods for sustainable maintenance of real estate and facilities
  • Modules on maintenance planning and organization, as well as technical diagnostics
Practical phase content:
  • Insight into key areas of commercial, technical, and infrastructure facility management, sales and marketing, as well as property and quality management
  • You will work on various projects and apply your theoretical knowledge in practice
