Your tasks:


  • As a component project manager, you will lead supplier projects for components of the steering system
  • You will also be responsible for the timely and quality development of the design scope of steering system components
  • This includes ensuring timely execution of part and release logistics, change management, and provision of design data to your interface partners
  • You will also lead suppliers in implementing their design scope

Your profile:


  • Degree in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, or a comparable qualification
  • Extensive professional experience in component development
  • Knowledge of BMW processes and development procedures, as well as tools used at BMW (e.g. PRISMA, CATIA, DOORS, PDM systems, TAIS, releases)
  • Willingness to pursue further education independently
  • Fluent in German and English
