Education is a top priority for us. You will work with us from the beginning in day-to-day business and receive individual support from dedicated and helpful colleagues.

As a Kaufmann im Gesundheitswesen (m/w/d), you are an important interface between our health insurance company, insured persons, and medical facilities.

The following tasks await you:
  • You are in regular contact with hospitals, inpatient and outpatient care facilities, as well as rehabilitation facilities, and ensure optimal business processes.
  • You are confident in handling medical information and know how to evaluate and archive it.
  • You plan and organize performance processes and create invoices using various software programs.
  • You always have an open ear for our customers and provide them with reliable and competent support.

You will learn all of this and more during your apprenticeship with us. We do not expect any prior knowledge of the listed tasks. It is important to us that you are open-minded and curious. You will gain insights into various departments and teams of the company and will be well equipped for your career.

At the end of the apprenticeship, we will decide together in which area you can best develop your potential.
