Responsibilities:
Responsible for implementing and improving our quality and hygiene standards in the dishwashing department
Ordering cleaning supplies and training dishwashing teams
Close coordination with our personnel department to ensure sufficient staff during peak times and manage employee absences
Willingness to assist in minor crisis situations when needed
Overseeing cleaning tasks for kitchen and bar utensils, dishes, work areas, and more, demonstrating efficiency and coordination skills
Requirements:
Strong organizational skills and manual dexterity
Previous experience in a related field such as housekeeping, facility management, or cleaning services is desirable
Fluency in multiple languages is a plus, as you will be leading an international team
Understanding of cleaning and hygiene requirements, combined with assertiveness and implementation skills
Open and friendly personality
