JOB PROFILE - ID 6043

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conducting 1st and 2nd level IT support in the service desk or IT helpdesk (partially possible from home office)
  • Remote error analysis and troubleshooting
  • Documentation of inquiries in a ticket system
  • Forwarding tickets to downstream support units according to agreed service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Maintenance of system data and knowledge database

REQUIREMENTS

  • Completed vocational training in the IT field (e.g. as an IT specialist (m/f/d), IT system salesman (m/f/d), computer science salesman (m/f/d), etc.)
  • Practical experience in IT support, user helpdesk, or IT help desk as well as in the use of ticket systems
  • Knowledge of current Windows infrastructures, the Microsoft Office product range, and standard hardware
  • Experience in installing and administering
