Your responsibilities will include:

Creating support and development plans
Providing individual assistance with everyday problems
Motivational support
Developing a realistic and sustainable life perspective
Collaboration with other social integration programs
Coordination and continuous documentation of individual development progress
Stabilizing living conditions and promoting positive learning and work behavior, taking into account the individual's environment and family context

Requirements:

Degree in social work or another pedagogical field (Diploma, Bachelor, Master, Magister Artium)
Empathy and enjoyment in working with people
Value neutrality
Empathy and professionalism when interacting with individuals in difficult situations
Teamwork skills
Communication skills and social competence
Intercultural competence
