The General Sales Manager is responsible for leading the vehicle sales department which includes:
inventory management, sales performance results, employee supervision and training, and customer satisfaction in the pre-owned vehicle sales department. The General Sales Manager must have personal ambition and a strong work ethic. We offer a highly competitive salary:
up to $225,000/year depending on experience and performance.
Only individuals with Automotive sales or management experience will be considered.
Automotive Sales Manager Job Requirements:
- Responsible for improving sales and operations
- Able to function effectively with various automotive software programs
- Maintains high customer satisfaction
- Assists sales team with processing or completing sales
- Trains and supervises sales team
- Sets schedules and motivates sales team
- Oversees department inventory, including both retail and wholesale units
- Responsible for sales pricing
- Reinforces company policies and adheres to policies
- Attends manager meetings
- Knowledge of V-AUTO
- Ability to purchase vehicles
- Knolwedge of lenders and their programs
- Reporting rebates and nvdr's properly
Automotive Sales Manager
Skills and Qualifications:
At least 2 years of automotive sales management experience:
eLead experience preferred:
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
- Proven track record of successful selling
- Team Oriented and able to build a feeling of teamwork on the sales floor
- Valid Driver's License
Pay:
$150, $225,000.00 per year
