Your tasks

  • Strategic and operational overall responsibility for personnel work within our company group with direct reporting to management
  • Initiation and implementation of a future-oriented and bio-retail-adapted personnel strategy, including modern personnel development
  • Continuous development of consistent and effective processes throughout the entire HR lifecycle
  • Close and trusting cooperation with our works council in upcoming processes and decisions
  • Management of strategic and operational HR projects, including implementation in the company

What you bring

  • A completed degree or comparable commercial training with several years of experience in a similar position in the retail sector, ideally in the food retail industry
  • Enjoyment of working with people as well as leading and developing teams
  • Expertise in the development and implementation of HR strategies and processes
  • Experience in actively shaping change processes in organizations
  • High communication skills, solution-oriented work style, assertiveness
