Your tasks:
You make the difference with us.

  • You support the implementation of HR projects, processes, and initiatives in collaboration with IT colleagues, with a focus on national and international aspects.
  • You are interested in working on exciting projects to further develop our modern system architecture.
  • You enjoy preparing and creating reports and presentations related to HR projects and process management.
  • You analyze HR data from various sources, including HR systems and employee surveys.
  • You develop and update HR dashboards and reports to gain insights into HR metrics and trends.
  • You establish the basis for HR data governance policies and procedures to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Your profile:
You constantly reinvent us.

  • You are studying business administration or a related field.
  • You are motivated to support your colleagues and independently acquire new knowledge.
  • You are proficient in using MS Office products, especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
  • Your organizational skills and strong affinity for numbers set you apart.
  • You are a true team player with high motivation and communication skills.
  • Thanks to your good English skills, you feel comfortable in an international context.
  • Knowledge of HR processes and experience with SAP, SAP SuccessFactors,
