For the digitalization of schools, we are looking for a Software and License Manager (m/f/d) in Chicago Heights. Our city is moving towards the future - and you can be a part of it. Your responsibilities:
You will establish and develop a dedicated school domain for the school district.

You will be responsible for standardizing individual school homepages and integrating them into the unified domain of the school district.

You will manage software and licenses and consolidate them into a school district license. You will be responsible for networking and implementing (school) software/cloud solutions. You will support schools with user management.

Your profile:

You have completed an IT-related education, such as a computer scientist, IT system electronics technician, IT system manager, media designer, or a comparable qualification.

You have knowledge of the Windows environment (client and server) and good knowledge of the Linux environment, web servers, and website programming.

Knowledge of software lifecycle management and handling media technology and mobile devices with Windows, iOS, and Android operating systems round out your profile.

You have a valid driver's license.

We expect you to be service-oriented, proactive, safety-conscious, a team player, and able to work independently and reliably - even outside of regular working hours.
