We are responsible for vehicle logistics and parking management at the Audi dealership in Berlin.

As a Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) for Audi Berlin hours per week, 157 hours per month), you will be responsible for professional customer service and parking organization.

Your planning ensures that customer vehicles are available for Audi at the right time and place. Through your active participation, you will significantly shape the customer experience and internal processes at Audi.


Your working hours are in the early shift from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm or from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.

The position is limited to 2 years, but can be extended within the project. The open position is available immediately.

Your responsibilities:

  • Greeting and assisting customers
  • Providing information about available parking spaces
  • Valet parking service for customers
  • Transporting customer vehicles to the service bays
  • Returning vehicle keys to the appropriate interface partners
  • Supporting parking management, including directing suppliers
  • Equipping each vehicle with an identification tag
  • Transporting customer vehicles for evaluation
  • Covering vehicles with protective film
