We are looking to build two apartments of 47 square meters each in Ash Flat, AR. Each apartment will have its own kitchen, living room, bathroom, and bedroom. The total living space for each apartment will be between 35 and 50 square meters. The building will have two floors and a total of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We are interested in a modern or contemporary style of construction. While we do not currently have land for the construction, we have already located a suitable plot.

We do not have a project signed by a professional architect, but we plan to hire one and are in need of a budget.

We are looking to start construction within the next 1-3 months. Our main preference for the service is a good balance of quality and price.
