BrightStar Care of Ventura & Oxnard is seeking licensed and compassionate home health nursing assistants and aides to deliver top-quality care.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to implement personalized care plans
  • Monitor and report patient health status
  • Offer companionship and personalized support
  • Assist with daily activities such as grooming, bathing, and eating
  • Provide mobility assistance and help with household tasks
  • Aid with incontinence and transportation

Requirements:

  • CPR certification
  • Ability to lift 40+ pounds
  • Flexible availability
  • Reliable transport and valid driver's license
  • Current TB test and prior home health experience

Salary and Benefits:
