a. Our team will need to greet and engage with everyone that walks into our stores. Please be prepared to demonstrate this during the in-person work-trial interview.

• Must arrive on time to their scheduled shifts and/or communicate any issues.

a. Have a reliable method of transportation or way of getting to work on time.

b.

Have an active and working cell phone with the ability to install and properly use the apps that LACED uses for day-to-day business, these apps will be used for scheduling, accessing paystubs and inter-company communications.

c.

If a shift scheduled start time is difficult to meet due to school or other job, let us know and we can work with you.

We prefer this instead of you rushing and/or running late.

d. Let us know ahead of time of unavailability so that we can schedule around it

• Love sneakers and a plus if you already have knowledge of what a consignment shop is and how they operate. Willing to train anyone on consignment.
• Express your creativity and let us know what you think our store is lacking and/or can do better. Better yet, tells us what you can do to help.

Responsibilities
*Welcomes customers by greeting them and offering them assistance. *Directs customers by escorting them to our products. *Advises customers by providing information on products. *Processes payments by totaling purchases; processing cash, store gift-cards or credit cards. *Use judgment to solve customer problems *Maintains scheduling commitments

*Friendly and outgoing personality *Excellent verbal skills *Able to problem solve as issues arise

Available shifts and compensation:
We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $15.00/hour.
