Description

We are looking for a Lean Specialist for one of our clients, a promising electronics company, responsible for implementing Lean methods at their location in Mannheim with 600 employees. The company has already introduced Lean basics at the site, but now wants to take their Lean level to the next level. The location is characterized by dynamics, internationality, and highly precise technology.

The position reports to the Head of OPEX and is based in Mannheim.

Your responsibilities as a Lean Specialist:

  • Further development of the Lean culture
  • Implementation of Lean methods at the location
  • Conducting trainings and workshops
  • Supporting the location in carrying out Lean activities in the shop floor and support functions

Requirements for the Lean Specialist:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role in a manufacturing environment
  • High level of initiative and strong communication skills
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Willingness to work at the location 5 days a week
