Sales Support (M/F/D)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Customer service: answering inquiries, processing orders, and handling customer complaints via phone or email
  • Quote and order processing: creating quotes, tracking orders, coordinating the order until delivery
  • Managing customer data in the ERP system: maintaining customer data, price agreements, etc.
  • Close collaboration with the sales team
  • Communication and cooperation with other departments: working closely with various internal departments to ensure a smooth production process until delivery to the customer

    • YOUR PROFILE

  • Qualified commercial education, preferably as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), further training as a business specialist (m/f/d) (IHK)
