POSITION SUMMARY
The main role of the Paralegal is to provide legal support across the organization. The Paralegal will handle legal documents relating to claims, disputes, qualifications, and compliance with regulations for domestic and international business activities.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Paralegal certificate preferred. 3-5 years of relevant experience in Legal Administration in an electronic environment. Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Must uphold confidentiality and safety standards. Ability to work independently, adapt to changing priorities, and pay attention to detail.
The incumbent must align with the core values of the Orion Group Holdings, Inc. and participate in compliance-related training.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
The incumbent must meet job functions' physical demands and wear necessary protective equipment as required.
Occasional light physical activity may be involved.
