Head of Quality Management (m/f/d)

The role:

Planning and implementation of the company-wide quality policy, strategy and objectives
Review, evaluation and further development of the quality management system with a focus on early and preventive avoidance of quality defects
Professional and disciplinary management of over 30 employees
Ensuring compliance with relevant standards (e.g. ISO 9001), guidelines and laws, including functional safety management and CE conformity
Negotiation of customer complaints with a focus on customer satisfaction, cost avoidance and process efficiency
