Promote the company's technology management solutions through the implementation of the company's captive financial merchandising and marketing programs.

Structure middle market leasing financing transactions with specific focus on procedure based financing products, leases, loans, cost per test, and project financing opportunities.


Job Duties:


  • Increase company product group finance penetration rates in assigned areas.
  • Achieve origination expectations through use of established as well as innovative sales techniques.
  • Maintain targeted portfolio return hurdles.
  • Initiate structure and close single investor lease and loan transactions.
  • Utilize databases both internal and external to target prospects.
  • Work closely with product group sales personnel to develop a One Olympus financial solution to meet customer requirements and meet corporate objectives.
  • Develop cross selling opportunities.
  • Represent the company at trade shows and conventions as directed by sales management.
  • Prepare monthly territory reports populate internal CRM database and other reports as requested by management.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications:


Required:


  • Undergraduate degree in business related field or equivalent knowledge.
  • Minimum 3 years sales experience.
  • Must have middle market experience in capital assets.
  • Must work well in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of credit and documentation is essential.

Preferred:


  • Good organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and Word.
  • Strong interpersonal organizational analytical and negotiation skills.
