Fred Beans Ford of West Chester is Immediately Hiring a part-time Cashier

Hours:
Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays 5-8pm and every other Saturday

Major duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Answer the phones promptly.
Assist the Service Department with finalizing customer service, wait on customers at the end of their service.
Close out repair orders in computer.
Prepare and make deposits.
File assorted document for both service and accounting departments.
Prepare prewrite appointment packets for the next day's service appointments.
Input of additional service requests into ATCON spreadsheet.
