Are you interested in contributing to the security of our market area and taking on the strategic demand and capacity planning for optimal personnel utilization in our electricity, natural gas, and water divisions, as well as developing and overseeing them? Do you want to develop the future control concept for badenovaNETZE and design the associated reporting and new standard reports in a state-of-the-art BI solution? Are you ready to work with our operational scheduling team to identify efficiency potentials, develop optimization measures, and successfully implement and continuously improve them in our daily operations? Are you able to independently organize and conduct internal user trainings and workshops, as well as prepare training materials? Can you also prepare ad hoc analyses on specific topics in your field and present them to departments and management? In addition, are you able to contribute your ideas and expertise in cross-functional IT projects?

You are...

perfectly suited for our position with a successfully completed degree in computer science, business informatics, or a related field, or relevant training and professional experience.

You have experience working with SAP ERP, such as the PM and CS modules, as well as creating meaningful reports, KPIs, analyses, and dashboard solutions.

You are also familiar with database architectures and BI tools. You are an analytical and structured person with high self-initiative, a hands-on mentality, strategic vision, and operational implementation skills. You are communicative, enjoy working with different interfaces, and have a strong technical understanding.
