We, the Schubert family, are a third-generation bakery and have been baking with conviction for around 50 years.

Everything is made by hand and we do not use any convenience products, even grinding our own flour for our whole grain products.

Our traditional baking methods are complemented by modern machines and equipment. We primarily source our ingredients regionally through long-standing partnerships, such as with our Schubert grain farmers.

We are currently looking for a Production Assistant (m/f/d) to join our team at our Elkton, MN location.

Your qualifications:

Experience in the production of sandwiches or fine baked goods
You enjoy handcrafting highquality baked goods, pastries, and sandwiches
Ability to quickly adapt to existing tasks
Reliability, commitment, and teamwork
Hygienic and precise work is second nature to you

Your responsibilities:

Production of snacks, sandwiches, and fillings
Production of seasonal products
Picking and packing of pastries and snacks for customer orders
Ensuring hygiene requirements are met

Your working hours:

Full-time: Sunday to Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm

Part-time: Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm
