As part of their continued growth, we are seeking a Customer Service Manager (m/f/d) in Cologne. In this role, you will coordinate various processes related to recycling obligations for customers in Germany.

You will maintain contact with authorities and take-back systems on one side, and act as a point of contact for your customers on the other side.
